NJ.com came out with an article about the 19 towns that have appreciated the most over the past year in New Jersey. They used median home values from Zillow, and then showed how much they’ve appreciated respectively over the past year. Here’s the list below, as well as a link to the article explaining the towns a bit! In terms of towns in the immediate area, Maplewood was 2nd (up 16% since last year), South Orange was 4th (up 14%), Millburn was 6th (up 11%), Montclair was 10th (up 6%), Chatham Borough was 16th (up 4%) and Chatham Township was 19th (up 2.63%).
