This New York Post article names Short Hills as one of the youngest, wealthiest towns in the country!
GoBankingRates conducted research into the wealthiest areas in the country with the highest percentage of residents in the 30s and 40s. Short Hills was the only town in New Jersey to make the list. The company based their study on median ages, household incomes and value of homes, with data from the Census Reporter. Take a look at the article in the below!
Here were the stats about Short Hills, pulled from the article:
Median Age: 40.9
Median Home Value: $1.6m
Median Household Income: $250,000
5 of the 10 towns on the list were New York City suburbs.
Just a 35-40 minute train ride from New York Penn Station, and with consistently incredible schools, ranked among the very top in the country year after year, I’m proud Short Hills made this list. It’s a great place to live, and glad it’s getting it’s recognition!!
