This past month, the New York Times ran a feature in their Real Estate section, raving about Short Hills. The article, entitled, “Schools, Shops, and Transit, in a Pretty Package” speaks about the Mall at Short Hills, the great commute to New York City, and the value of the Millburn public school system, which was ranked #1 in New Jersey for 2011. Another interesting aspect that the article explores is the often overlooked value of the Mall at Short Hills and its impact on Short Hills property tax.
