Love helping clients achieve their real estate goals, and in this instance, loved helping this family sell their grandmother’s house in Short Hills. The last line about them being “thrilled with the results that did right by their grandparent’s legacy” was incredibly fulfilling. We listed their grandmother’s home for $1,388,000, and in one weekend, went terms agreed for the home, which eventually closed for $1,595,000, $207,000 over the asking price!
